Spranza  Inc. will prepare, draft and submit your critical (Aviation Security) AVSEC documents,the cornerstone to any effective security intervention.
Beginning with the National  Aviation Security Plan, Spranza will generate all required pertinent documents, forms and checklists at
both the national and local levels for submission.

Spranza can also assist you and your "stake-holders" in the development and implementation of daily security/emergency procedures
based on your individual plan, evaluate their efficiency and revise your existing plans accordingly.

Administrative Audits

Security Administrative Audit consists of an in-depth review of the airport security plan, airport emergency plan and contingency plans.
The audit also examines the activities of the Airport Security Committee, responder personnel and training documentation, airport media procedures and storage, as well as key supplemental documentation as required by
appropriate ICAO standards and practices. (Amend 10 Sect. 4.7, 3.2 & 3.4) Results of the audit are submitted in a comprehensive document
assessing current compliance with both ICAO, TSA and ECAC requirements. Audit reports also contain corrective action plans as needed and regulatory references. Spranza will also create a new or revised airport security plan and airport emergency plan as needed, and one (1) scenario
evaluation of the final document(s) at each facility undertaken.

Critiques of Emergency Exercises may also be accomplished at the request of the client.
Administrative security audits are available as a stand-alone service or as part of an overall AVSEC Intervention Program.
