Course Title Airport Employee Security Awareness Training
The purpose of this trainingis to provide essential training to all personnel who are employed by or must frequent the airport facility in the routine course of their jobs.  Program focuses on the duties and cooperative role each individual plays in maintaining effective and efficient airside and land side proactive security measures.  The program comes complete with Airport Employee Brochure, multi-media presentation and on-site assistance.

Course Title Checkpoint Screener Training
Upon completion of training, security personnel assigned to screening locations involved with checked baggage, cargo, mail, and cabin luggage will be better able to: a) Understand their unique responsibilities; b)Detect with accuracy contraband, explosives and hazardous materials; c)Communicate and interact in a courteous and efficient manner; d)Understand and effectively execute the Airport Employee Security Awareness Program.

Course Title Interrogation and Report Writing for AVSEC Officers

This two-day training program has been specifically developed to provide AVSEC security force personnel with the technical skills and academic knowledge necessary to successfully question incident suspects, witnesses and victims encountered during routine duty. This followed by writing a variety of clear, concise and professional reports

Part 1 is devoted to techniques of suspect interrogation, dealing with single and multiple suspects, contraband inquiries, principles of interpersonal communication, manipulation and persuasion, and obtaining non-coercive testimony. Part 2 is devoted to the skills required for daily AVSEC reports, incident report writing, open investigative reports, local items, HAZMAT reports and other up-channel documents.

Course Title Airside / Landside Basic Civil Aviation Security

This program is designed to provide Level I instruction to airport security forces performing duties as the primary law enforcement/security agency on-site. Skills include: Access control, anti-sabotage procedures, passenger and baggage screening and inter-agency cooperation.  Students learn in an interactive, hands-on environment, taking a learning by doing approach to tasks and procedures.

Course Title Advanced Security Supervisor Training

This program has been specifically designed as a follow-on to the Basic Supervisor Training. Ideal for security directors, administrators and line officers in charge.  Training includes a combination of multimedia and hands-on learning in a unique and challenging environment.

Course Title Security Checkpoint X-Ray Screener Certification
This course is offered in response to the need for properly certified Security Checkpoint Screeners/ Operators at all international airports. Students learn on a fully interactive Computer Based Training (CBT) platform while incorporating field test bag scenarios, role play and modular evaluative instruments within the airport environment.

Course Title AVSEC Security Officer Close Quarter Tactics (CQT)

The focus of this training is on both verbal intervention and physical tactics necessary to ensure a safe and secure airport working environment for employees and the traveling public. Presented as an intense five-day hands-on combination of communication skills and martial arts techniques specifically adapted for landside and airside as well as in-flight situations. Curriculum includes: searches of passengers abd their belongings, aircaft, vehicles and structures; techniques for restraint, apprehensions and self-defense.

Course Title  AVSEC Basic Security Supervisor Training
This program has been specifically designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of airport security supervisory personnel.  Program is hands-on, multi-media and lecture with student field scenarios and practical on-airport exercises. Personnel must be selected for, or operating in, security supervisory position. Curriculum includes: Role of the security supervisor,  managing an effective workforce and regulatory compliance;

Course Title Interpersonal Communication for Security Personnel
This program provides the student with a basic understanding of the process, barriers to, and strategies for, effective interpersonal communications and successful public relations. Students become involved in a hands-on learning environment where behaviors are modeled, then practiced resulting in enhanced skills.  Personnel learn successful techniques for dealing with de-escalating conflict situations, while gaining a variety of techniques useful in duties ranging from checkpoint screener, and profiling to incident investigation and report writing.
